WARNING: Some of these are harsh truths, so if you aren't a fan of those and instead want to stick to more positive tips, avoid the tips with the * symbol on the chapter, but don't worry, most of these are explained in a more positive light. This is a journal where I write about tips I've discovered myself, received by others, and found on the internet. I recommend reading through this journal especially if you are a writer with ADHD, because I am also a writer with ADHD so I've learned a lot about it.
