Ariana Smith's parents fooled Ariana for many years. Ariana was sure that her parents were in love and that they were one big happy family. Ariana was wrong. One night, she gets up for a glass of water and hears her parents fighting. She repeats this for many nights and always hears her parents fighting. Her parents fighting turned into much worse. They took their anger out on Ariana and made her life miserable. They never slept in the same bed and a lot of times one of them would stay in a a hotel. Ariana's parents pretty much ignored her for a year and just kept fighting horribly. There was physical fighting, too. One day, Ariana had enough. She knew that her parents wouldn't pay attention to her, so she acted up. That still didn't get her parents attention, so she ran away from home with only a few belongings and she became homeless. Can she survive on her own?
