Crowley works as a barista at their local coffee shop Beelze-Brew serving the lowly humans their caffeine addiction. Aziraphale is a student at their local college in a bad relationship with Gabriel. Frustrated by how long Her otp are taking to become canon, God informs the Archangels that the Ineffable Plan is dependent on them falling in love with each other. The Archangels then take it upon themselves to get the pair together. Cue five Archangels attempting to orchestrate a Meet Cute between two people who have been hiding their friendship for thousands of years at this point.

Anathema and Adam visited Aziraphales and Crowleys shared cottage for afternoon tea, and the conversation quickly turns into a quite uncomfortable matter for the unlikely pair.

It was not the first time they had kissed. Not even close.

Crowley finds himself stuck in prison in Venice after a the beginning of a job gone wrong. He had expected to go through the trial process, be convicted, and perform some sort of miraculous escape that would leave the locals telling stories for the next few decades. What he had not expected however, was Aziraphale to get him out of the dungeon with a rather odd request: join him at the palace of Duke Enrico Dandolo of the Republic of Venice. Well, what sort of demon would he be to refuse a temptation like that?

Aziraphale finds Crowley in a state of utter distress. He fears all is lost, and by morning, he will be gone from this world. The angel must piece together what horrible atrocity has happened to the demon, or the more likely, what atrocity has Crowley brought upon the world? Crowley-- "I did...I did something horrible, angel...No more wine and nice music, or flowing robes and dance parties. All of it, gone. I'll lose it all, even you." Author Note: ***Okay. I know it is nowhere near December, but I got this idea in my head that I couldn't get out until I wrote it down. I hope you enjoy it!! ***

Crowley can't stand to be around Aziraphale anymore. It hurts too much to have the angel he loves deny his friendship. He can't stay just friends, so he has to find a way to end their friendship, but in doing so, he may have broken irreparable bonds.
