Grinning, Regulus remarked, "I bet you could've quoted some Shakespearian insult at Crouch if you'd wanted to." "Would thou wert clean enough to spit upon," Seri replied with a smile. Regulus's smile grew before something warmer took its place. Softly, he asked, "And goodbye?" Her voice a little more than a whisper, she replied, "Good night, sweet prince, And flights of angels sing thee to thy rest!" Her cheeks flushing, she averted her gaze before she added, "Or perhaps, 'Parting is such sweet sorrow, That I shall say good night till it be morrow' to suit your disdain for Romeo and Juliet." Regulus did not know what to say, but when their eyes met, he could not have spoken if he had wanted to. Something about her gaze held him there, completely captivated. Softly, he said, "I'll take the angels. Seems the better of the two." "Hamlet," she said, smiling. The moment hung between them, poignant and prolonged, as though neither quite wanted it to end. . Seraphina Iolanthe Potter was born a year after her older brother James Fleamont Potter. As such, it was not without fun and laughter that she grew up in the shadow of a war that would change her life forever. Seri enters her seventh year at Hogwarts, unsure what adventures await her as she begins her first and only year without her older brother and closest friends with her. It is only then when she finds herself in a train compartment with her now distant childhood friend, Regulus Black, now cold and cruel as his reputation. Read to follow Seri and Regulus's journey of growth, self-discovery, and, most importantly, love. Sequel coming soon :) Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter. All characters outside of Seraphina Potter and Marzarine McGonagall belong to J.K. Rowling. Cover art: @avendell on tumbler

For Elowen Montgomery, Hogwarts was never just a school; it was a stage she was born into, with expectations stitched into every seam of her robes. As the daughter of two powerful and famously proper wizarding parents, her surname arrives in the Great Hall before she does, whispered behind hands and echoed in narrowed glances. But Elowen is not her parents. Not quite. As she begins her first year, Elowen must learn to navigate the ever-shifting tide of house politics, secret friendships, and the quiet war between who she is expected to be and who she might become. When a quiet boy with sharp eyes and a hidden temper crosses her path-and a stranger's tears unravel a tangle of deeper truths-Elowen realizes Hogwarts isn't just about spells and potions. It's about survival. Legacy is heavy. But Elowen might just be stronger than it.

Carys Lupin has always been different. Different from her brother, sorted into another house as if the castle itself sensed the fault lines early. Different from what her parents hoped for, drawn instead to friends they warned her against and rooms she was never meant to enter. She grew up poor in the hills of Wales, learning early how to make hunger quiet and ambition loud, how to want more without ever being taught how to ask for it. She dreams of greatness, a restless, dangerous sort of wanting. The kind that asks her, again and again, what she is willing to become to survive. In a world obsessed with purity and legacy, Carys exists in the spaces between. Watching. Learning. Choosing. And monsters, she is beginning to understand, are not always the ones with fangs. Marauders Era Serendipity Talia Potter grew up happy: her childhood was filled with warmth, laughter, and more love than she ever thought possible. Her school years were much the same: full of friends, mischief, adventures, and the occasional complication. She never imagined adulthood would be anything else. But after the war, everything changed. Still, let's not get ahead of ourselves. That darkness is years away from the beginning... her beginning. Talia Potter is the twin sister of James Potter, and the daughter of Euphemia and Fleamont Potter. From the moment they were born, she and James were inseparable, partners in crime, confidants, and best friends. When they arrived at Hogwarts, they naturally moved in the same social circles-though not without a few exceptions. Then, of course, she did fall in love. With the one person she never expected. Regulus Black was quiet, enigmatic, and a Slytherin through and through. Few people truly knew him-he was an introvert wrapped in mystery, seen mostly by the light of his closest friends. And he was also Sirius Black's younger brother-Sirius, her best friend. Regulus was the brother of her best friend. That should have been the end of it. But it wasn't.
