The Doctor wakes after having his life saved by Rhode Island. Upon waking up he has a change of heart and begins change for Rhode Island operations.

A sequel to Flames of Passion! Now that I am somewhat getting paid to do these sorts of things. Anyway.. Since most of the Flames of Passion lore was outdated (started writing just about one month after the game released), I'll try to make more sense of the lore now. Doctor Sirius has left with Talulah, leaving chaos among Rhodes Island personnel and the Reunion Movement. For a while, things were quiet with the Reunion Movement, but then Mephisto rose back to the control of the Reunion. Not liking their methods, FrostNova and Patriot have withdrawn with their own part of the Reunion, still fighting for the same cause but not aligned with Mephisto's faction. Here, a new plan must take place. One to take down the Reunion Movement before any more damages get done. A new Doctor is temporarily taking place of the position that Sirius had previously left vacated. At the moment, Rhodes Island is stable enough to take commands.
