DISCLAIMER: I've been working on this book for almost 5 years (started in middle school, just recently graduated high school) and I understand that BP2 recently came out. Please note that this isn't apart of Marvel or associated in any way. This is my own work and this story is a fanfic that takes place much later in the future of the MCU timeline (it follows the timeline but it doesn't actually happen in the movies; think of it as a separate universe/different timeline). I'm always open to constructive criticism and tips on becoming a better writer and i hope you enjoy reading. Now onto the description.
T'Zani, the crowned princess of Wakanda, feels the weight of her kingdom's future pressing down on her shoulders. With every passing day, her father, King T'Challa, expects more from her-more strength, more wisdom, and more preparation for the day she will inherit the throne. But T'Zani is struggling. While everyone around her sees the future queen, she can't shake the feeling that something is missing, something deep within her that she can't yet understand.
With the support of her best friend O'Wana, the daughter of Okoye, and the rivalry of M'Bari, the daughter of M'Baku, T'Zani finds herself torn between what is expected of her and who she truly wants to be. After a heated argument with her father and a dangerous confrontation with her royal duties, T'Zani makes a decision that will change everything, including herself.
As her friends begin their own paths, T'Zani must navigate the dangerous world beyond the kingdom and find her true identity-one that doesn't just fit the role she was born into, but one that embraces who she really is.
