What will happen when a green haired boy, who knows more than he lets on, and a boy who is a Supreme Leader and the mastermind of it all set their eyes on the same girl. (The cover image doesn't belong to me, nor do the characters. I thought that using this cover would be a pretty good indicator to show that Kokichi has the role of the mastermind.
