The GUTS-Select members were in a combat against a Kaiju and then a wormhole appeared out of nowhere. It headed straight towards the Nursedessei and after Trigger defeated the Kaiju, the members were ordered to retreat. But as soon as Kengo, Akito and Yuna managed to make it back onto the Nursedessei, we got sucked into the wormhole and while they were going through the wormhole, all the Nursedessei's systems were damaged. Then they crashed. Yuna woke up in the CR of Seito University Hospital and her teammates were still unconscious in the ICU. Will Yuna have what it takes to defeat the Kaiju and the Evil Bugsters with the help of Ex-Aid, Brave and all the other riders?
