Why had He intrigued me so much? Why had I trusted him so quickly? I was gullible, that's why. The Phantom of the Opera tries to kill me and then I just offer him friendship? Yea! Go ahead and trust him Clementine. God, I'm so stupid! Where is my common sense when I need it? I shook my head, trying to think of a solution. I had told him about my past. Not much of course, but still more than anyone else knew. Why did I feel so inclined to tell him about myself? Why did I answer everything he asked me? And why did I wish to see him again? . . . . . . This phanfiction is not based off of just one of the productions. It has something from everything! It has parts from the 2004 movie with Gerard Butler, the 25 anniversary with Ramin Karimloo 2011, the 1990 Charles Dance, the Gaston Leroux book 1909, and the Susan Kay novel 1990. There's something for everyone! I also do not own Phantom of the Opera or any of original Characters. I only own Clementine and some other characters that will be introduced soon enough. I hope you enjoy, I have been working very hard on this and if you would comment on things you like or give the chapters a vote, it would meant the world to me. I will work hard to try and update often. Promise.

**A Phantom of the Opera Fan Fiction** The Phantom's plan was perfect - get rid of the Prima Donna and surely Christine will be the only one that could play the part. It's been stated several times - "There is no understudy for La Carlotta!" ...but what if there is? Elizabeth Bell seems like she is just another chorus girl, but she steps up confirming that she is the understudy for the role. After a successful opening night, she learns that she has gotten in the way of the infamous Opera Ghost's plans and now has to abide by his rules or leave. What is she going to do now? Especially when she starts to get to know this mysterious man behind the mask? Does she stay in the shadows of the Opera or move on? **Author's note** I know I'm late to the game with these fanfictions but I have been obsessed with Phantom of the Opera for about 15 years and have been wanting to post something for a while. Feedback is more than welcome! And, of course, I do not own the Phantom of the Opera or its characters.

After their father died, Christine Daae (7) and her younger sister Evangeline Daae (5) went with their father's friend; Madame Giry to live in the ballet dormitories at the Opera Populaire. All grown up, Christine (22) and Evangeline (20) are now both beautiful dancers. Christine is the Prima Ballerina while Evangeline remains a simple chorus girl. However, everything changes when a certain Viscount shows up. The only character I own is Evangeline and I do not own the Phantom of the Opera. This is the 2004 version! Enjoy! The life of an ordinary girl is turned upside down when she is transported into her favorite musical, "The Phantom of the Opera," in the place of the elegant heroine. Negotiating life in 19th-century Paris is challenging enough without a diva scheming for leads, a sarcastic Persian's input, and two very different men battling for her affections! Should she stay faithful to the plot of the story or rewrite history? Should she choose a safe path with a reliable husband or risk her future following her mysterious Phantom? Told from the points of view of Erik - the Phantom - and the newly-made Christine, this story follows them both as they work through their respective demons to find love in the person that is a little different from all their imaginings. "A really well-written Erik/OC, with a lovely, smart, likable heroine. If you ever fantasized about taking Christine's place in POTO, read this." - @olivesky "I am literally crying right now. That was so good!" - @musicalsnmarkiplier "One of the best fan fictions I have ever read" - @elephant_hugger "I just discovered this today and finished it in one go. This is an extraordinary work, Erik deserves you to portray him 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻" - @Myatnoe123 "Sacrificing a few hours of sleep was worth finishing this." - @LiberDose "I must confess you've ruined all other Phantom of the Opera fanfictions" - @LilRed315 "Thank you for the 2-in-the-morning giggles, the falling-out-of-the-bed-blushing phangirl moments, and just writing this book in general! You are the best author!" - @ThatBabyQuinnDoh *Now available to read on archiveofourown.org* Disclaimer: I do not own The Phantom of the Opera or its characters. || Book 1 of The Shadow's Melody || As a maid here at the new Opéra Populaire I can certainly sense something different. Something missing. It lacked him. The Opera Ghost who disappeared. I know I should let it go. I know I shouldn't constantly think about a dead man. A murderer. But I simply can't. I can't forget about that man I fell in love with those many years ago. I yearned to hear his angelic voice again. I begged for it. Hoped for it. Prayed for it. I called for him in my dreams. The man they called The Phantom of the Opera. I would never have guessed that my hopes and prayers would soon be answered.

The Phantom of the Opera happens upon a trespasser in HIS opera house... His destroyed opera house. Just as he is about to use the Punjab lasso to protect what little sanctuary he has left, the woman cries out begging for her life, explaining the horrors she faced prior to arriving in the opera house. Having compassion for an individual much like himself, the Phantom sets himself up to fall in love again. Will Maribel reciprocate the Phantom's love? ***This story is a rewrite of my idea for a plot in The Phantom's Baby.***
