Ghost was always cold and distant to those around him, never fully opening up. Soap was someone that struck a distant memory in the British male. Ghost not fully understanding how Soap was achieving this locked away emotion. Not wanting to open up after what happened the last time. With miscommunications and mixed signals, it almost seems hopeless for the two. It only led to the worst mission that Ghost could face. One where it would prove if the other has grown soft or keep on a straight face.

The two had a very soft love, one that wasn't harsh and loud. It was refreshing to see something so innocent in the chaos that was their day to day life. Nobody commented on their relationship, but they all enjoyed seeing the two act like lovestruck teenagers. The softness was a wonderful contrast to their jagged job.
