Viggo a de nouveau échoué à capturer le jeune Harold Haddock. Il est forcé de mettre en œuvre son dernier plan, son dernier recours. Sans surprise, Harold fonce consciemment dans son piège, tête baissée. Cependant, sa capture entraîne bien plus de révélations pour Harold que le jeune héritier ne l'aurait pensé.
