In the future. When you turn 13 you get put on a country they used to call the United States of America where every crime is allowed. But to understand the present and future, you must understand the past. In the year 2089 the whole world broke out into war and it destroyed almost every human. They then decided when every thing was normal again that when you turned 13 you would go to the USA, the country that started it all, and if you survived until you were 20 you would return to the other countries and live the rest of the days out in peace. This is where I'm going today, to the country of crime.

Lilliana was born the daughter of a pirate but raised by a noble French family. She was always a very free natured girl but could only express it when the French nobleman who took her in isn't paying attention. One night when she was eleven years old she meets a boy who will end up changing her life later on.
