Moving to Canada was a big adjustment for me. Leaving all my friends and my family in New York. Leaving my beloved hockey team behind. Hockey was my life and I knew that it would only be better in Canada thats why I'm moving. Juggling depression and anxiety on top of everything that was going on was just going to make everything worse. But I have hope.
