It was unusual, the pull Ryan felt to Delilah. That want, that need to protect her and care for her.. it was strange. And he didn't like it, yet he couldn't run from it. He didn't want to run. He didn't have to. Sure, she was a little bitter and jaded from her last relationship but hell, he was too. Who knew love at first sight was a real thing? He sure didn't until he saw her. ..you can't always deny your feelings, even if you try to hide them, or run from them. Started December 25th, 2022.
