This is a fanfiction about the Marauders Era throughout all the years at Hogwarts. It mainly focuses on Remus Lupin - as he is my favourite person on this planet - but it also tells the story of the rest of the lovely Marauders. Warm welcome to all the wolfstar shippers - it's going to be a slowburn. I hope I'll manage to make it as smooth and beautiful as I can only imagine. I've been writing pieces for about ten years now and I hope that it's going to be my best work so far.

The Marauders are starting their fifth year at Hogwarts; Remus is starting with a massive scar across his face - a byproduct of the increasing severity of his furry little problem, which is a definite cause for concern despite his insistence that it it's fine. Sirius is starting with the memories of a certain morning at 12 Grimmauld Place in August: memories that he might not ever forget, yet is desperate to cloak underneath the facade that every is fine at home and that he and his parents just sometimes encounter minor disagreements. James is starting his fifth year, yes, but more importantly, he is starting phase five of his plan to woo Lily Evans: somehow his friends seem doubtful that he might succeed, but James, being James, is in no lack of confidence. And Peter, well, Peter is starting to wonder just why he puts up with these people, and if he should really be feeling sorry for Lily Evans, and maybe if he should have asked to have been sorted into Hufflepuff.

But Sirius still had a problem. He always wanted to touch Remus. Just any sort of physical contact. When Remus was laying in bed, Sirius wanted to crawl in too; every time Sirius sat next to Remus, he had to constantly remind himself not to run his hand over Remus' thigh; Sirius wished he could slip his cold hands under Remus' thick sweater and finger every scar that littered Remus' pale skin; Sirius wanted to caress every part of Remus' face as if he could memorize it by touch; and Sirius really wanted to know what the soft skin on Remus' neck felt like under his lips, Sirius wondered if Remus was as susceptible to love bites as he was. But even though Sirius wanted all of these things, he didn't try to take them. complete :) Please note that I do not own ANY of the characters in this story. Thanks for reading :)
