Hello, shifters! I'm new to actually writing these updated shifting journals but I've seen many that've ended abruptly and would like to write one that continues! For some background, I am turning 16 soon. I would not like to disclose my name, but I have been shifting for a year now. I had a brief pause from shifting from a sudden lack of motivation as well as a busy schedule. But after thinking it through, I've decided to return stronger and better than ever. I am going to restart the process as I now feel disconnected from my mer spirit after this break. I look forward to sharing my journey with you all, and helping to share my tips and tricks with it. I will update with pictures of the process as well! I am positive that I will successfully shift. This community is like family to me and I am ecstatic to contribute to you all.
