La historia transcurre a partir del arco del Volumen 20 de DanMachi, durante los acontecimientos relacionados con la Ciudad Académica, el conflicto con Orario y el incidente del orichalcum. En el canon, este arco conecta a Bell nuevamente con el School District/Ciudad Académica y con sus problemas internos frente a Orario. Sin embargo, esta obra sigue una línea alternativa: solo Zald acompañó a Erebus en el pasado, mientras Alfia permaneció en la Ciudad Académica como guardiana de la barrera. Allí fue curada de su enfermedad y se convirtió en la última gran heredera de Hera. Años después, Bell, ahora de 18 años y nivel 6 sin haber despertado Liaris Freese, llega a ese lugar y, al perderse cerca de la barrera, encuentra a Alfia: la mujer que reconoce en él la herencia de Meteria y el destino que ella no pudo proteger.

[Due to having no motivation to continue the story I decided to dropped this series] Who knows, someday I might continue the story or reboot it.
