Christopher Bing Bong accidentally screws up a chemical for mind control. Through fault of his own selfishness he has Larry drink it to keep him working for him. Unfortunately his project for the Red Army ended up as a chemical that made someone attracted to the first person they see. Bing finds it hard to escape someone with such affection. Chaos and stupidity ensues.
