Lance was never part of the new paladins of Voltron. He was already was a paladin before any of them, before his people died and his sister was frozen. He went missing during the galra attack on his home and people. Allura went in the cyro-pod thinking that she would never see her younger brother again. Now after years Allura is awake and there are new paladins but one still remains missing, the blue. Along their way to stop the galra they search for a new blue paladin then after helping a planet fight against the galra, the paladins go to help free prisoners but what happens when the stumble upon one prisoner not quite like the rest?

After the fall of Zarkon and the return of Shiro, the Paladins -- along with Allura and Coran -- are in a state of comfort, enjoying each other's company and reminiscing fond memories. The universe is in a beautiful balance once again. Yet, what happens when that comfort is destroyed, and the balance is disrupted? What happens when one of the pilots of the infamous lions is kidnapped and used for the benefit of another?
