After Marinette and Adrien ended their relationship, a new love interest emerged in the form of Zoe, also known as "Zoenette." Adrien, in a vulnerable state, confessed his feelings for Luka, only to discover that Luka did not reciprocate those feelings. Despite this, Adrien remained steadfast in his love for Marinette and was determined to win her back from Zoe.

After a while Zoe developed another small crush on Luka but she thought Luka doesn't feel the same way because Zoe thought Luka was still upset about his and Marinette's break up so she kinda moved on too but after a while both Mari and Luka saw how sweet and adorable Zoe really is.
