Runa Maximoff was Pietro and Wanda's little sister. Unlike her siblings she didnt get effected by the Mind Stone but Hydra didn't believe that so they did experiments. Those experiments led them to realise she was indeed not effected. They decided that since she was of no use to them with powers they could make her useful in other ways. They trained her into a bloodthirsty monster. She saw no way out of the torture or the neverending hell until the Avengers showed up at their base and the twins and her siezed rhe opportunity and escaped.
