While Aether works, Xiao goes on his own adventures, meeting up with other strange cats as well. After the queen of the heavenly principles became sick with twins on the way , the king of the heavenely principles made a contract with lord rex lapis to cure her, but they need to give the first born of the two twins at the age of 18 to marry his son xiao lapis. Eventually Aether became 18 and was taken to khaenri'ah to marry xiao but as time went by, Aether and Xiao eventually beging to feel something for eachother. But can a demon and angel actually love eachother?
