Short scary story 1

16 years old Matthew see a little girl in the woods while fetching his soccer ball. The closer he get to her the more he wonders If doing so was a good idea to begin with as the girl seem rather odd.

"You're under its control," he said. "You just don't know it yet." Other than the sound of the shower that descended upon us, the crunching leaves of our steps, the distant howls and the commotion that the wildlife produced; we both could hear the familiar pulsating ringing noise that emanated from the center of the forest. The more we walked, the stronger the ringing became, itching our ears, making its presence clear. The ringing noise is more than just a trivial sound. Sound is not supposed to change the way you think, to interfere with your moral values, to turn a sane man into a madman. It is a noise that turned us against each other, it pierced through our trust.
