this inanimate insanity highschool AU is based on Filipino public/private schools. so expect references about Philippine culture. but don't you worry! everything will be in English so that more people can read it. Balloon was kicked out of the hotel due to unexpected complaints about him. Due to this, Balloon was homeless, cold, and alone. Yet there was a place that he went to for safety, Meeple.
