Jen must investigate the truth behind Spider-Man's personality change

After the events of The Superior Spider-Man, Peter was betrayed by almost all of his allies. He was belittled by everyone he knew and loved except for a select few. So he decided to quit being Spider-Man and focused on running his company but when chaos ensues in New York, people die and The Avengers, X-Men and Fantastic 4 can't do anything to stop it, they try to get in contact with Spider-Man. Will Peter answer the call, and if he does, how will he go about it? This is a story of one man and a few allies he has at his side against the entire world. Peter Parker, previously known as your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, ever since the age of 15, had a 14-year career, an experience as being the hero that we all know and love however, thanks to one of his nemesis actions a little over a year ago named Otto Octavius, he had somehow taken over Peter's body and operated under the alias Superior Spider-Man... In doing so, he perverted everything that Peter or rather Spider-Man had stood for and in the process destroyed a lot of friendships, burned a lot of bridges and had turned friends and family against him. Now that Peter has regained control, he had been fighting a losing battle in restoring his honor and his name. Not to mention the very heroes that he used to look up to, fought beside or even see as family, it turns out they weren't what they seemed. With so called "heroes" and rouges gunning after him, Peter has opted to stop pulling his punches... even more now that he found something of his own that he will die protecting. So enters... Spider-Man All out

A comic-inspired universe. Similar events happened to that of 616. At this point in time, Peter has Parker Industries and is doing mostly well managing it... kinda... Okay, he sucks, the company is slowly falling apart, and he's doing everything he can to keep it stable. Good old classic Parker luck. Thankfully, it manages to turn around when he finds a diamond, a very attractive mutant diamond known as Emma Frost. With Frost International/The Hellfire Club and Parker Industries working together, the two CEO's being to bond with their shared hobby of punching bad guys in the face and fighting for what they believe is right. They become much closer than simply super business partners.
