Cassandra wakes in a cold, dank parking garage, her mind swirling with confusion and fear. Clutching a grimy stuffed cat, she discovers a battered notebook warning her of the dangers lurking in the void. With every eerie page, she unravels the basic rules for survival. Part of the key to escaping this nightmarish place lies in the bizarre plush cat she now holds dear. But her peace is short-lived. Though Cassandra finds her way out, she is thrust back into the void, seemingly at random. Half the time she falls asleep, the terrifying sensation of falling grips her, and she awakens in a new, terrifying corner of the void. The cycle of escape and entrapment continues, each new place with unseen creatures and toxic particles. Hunted by the void's inhabitants and poisoned by its toxic particles, Cassandra must repeatedly navigate this perilous world, seeking sanctuary in the unlikeliest of places. Over time, she becomes resigned to her fate. Having been growing up in the foster system, with no place she can truly call home, the void becomes a twisted semblance of familiarity. --------------------------- This is my own original story, i have written and rewritten many of these chapters and the majority of the creatures here were created by my own imagination.
