This is an alternate universe story in which the serial killer, William Afton, has been captured and you are the police officer in charge of getting evidence to convict him. He will only speak to you, giving information about the murdered children in exchange for getting to know you and claims that he turned himself in to get close to you. This uses William Afton's canon personality based on P.J. Heywood, his voice actor, mentioning that William is based on Dr. Lector from "Silence of the Lambs."
