My take on a harry goes back to fix things fic. When Harry accidentally breaks his wand he is engulfed in Phoenix flames and finds himself back in olivander's when he first bounded with his wand. armed with the knowledge of the future how can harry change things for a better tomorrow?

It called for a drop of her blood, a binding vow, and a name spoken with intent. She gave more than a drop. But once he understood what had become of the world-what Voldemort had turned into-he didn't hesitate. "We end this," he told her one night. "Not for the Order. Not for Potter. For family." He moved through the shadows. Undetected. Whispers of a third side rose. The war paused. Every living Black turned to him. Even the cursed ones. Even Draco. He didn't speak. He didn't need to. His presence said enough. They followed. He wasn't there for sides. He was there for blood. And anyone threatening Hermione Granger was already marked for death.

A story by JustBored21 Dumbledore expected a weak Harry who lived with the Dursley's. He was not expecting a Harry who grew up on the streets and has no interest in playing a hero. After being abandoned in America by the Dursley's Harry learnt to survive using his brains and magic. Dumbledore, Hermione and select Weasley bashing.

(Slytherin Harry Potter) There are many moments in our lives that add up to define who we become, and some things that we simply are with or without any choice in the matter. Getting to Platform 9 3/4 by himself and finding a toad roaming the train, one small moment among thousands, really should not matter all that much in the grand scheme of things... Except it does. -- Or, Harry never meets Ron on the the train to Hogwarts and goes to Slytherin instead. This changes everything that it can.

The great Harry Potter, defeater of Voldemort, the boy who lived. Not a single thought went out to his older sister for years, yes an older sister. Belle Lily Potter, a year older than Harry. She was sent away when the Order of the Phoenix found out Harry and their parents were at risk. For years she had been living in America attending Ilvermorny, until she was nearly discovered by a death eater. Now she lives with family friends in France she is attending Beauxbatons for her fifth year. She know about Harry and often checks in on him with Dumbledore as her messenger. Harry of course knows nothing about her, and that's how it needs to stay, even the knowledge of Belles existence places her in unthinkable danger. She remains the not so perfect Potter. Beauxbatons is extremely hard to fit in when you're the only girl who has no Veela in her. But what she can do is Legilimency, where she is able to read any mind she comes across if she wishes and she inherited her father's animagus ability. Harry may look remarkably like his father and has his mothers eyes, but Belle is an exact replica of Lily Evans, down to every last freckle. But when they travel to Hogwarts for the Triwizard tournament, will she finally get to see her younger brother for the first time since that night.

Dumbledore was surprised when Harry Potter, the boy-who-lived, came to Hogwarts. He expected a saviour, what he got was a damaged boy who has no interest in playing hero for anyone.
