this book is about a girl named Emmah Serenity Nix who is abused by her brother, sister and mate after her parents died.she s not like the other werewolves who are fat and depressed no she is anorexic and starved. she then decided she has had enough and runs away. in a forest she gets too weak and collapse and is found by two vampires who take her to their leader/ alpha / head dude and it turns out she has a second mate and it happens to be him Tristen.
