So far as is canonically established: og Cale is never a commander, never becomes sworn brothers with Alberu, never adopts any of the children that Kim Roksoo adopted. He's not Eruhaben's unlucky bastard and if he were to meet the elderly dragon, he'd have a different impression of him because they are different people.
