After 4 years stuck being deathstrokes apprentice Renegade finally decides enough is enough and runs away. But what happens when a certain bat finds him? What happens when he is forced to join a certain team of young superheroes? And what will happen when deathstroke tracks down his missing apprentice? First fanfic hope you like! While on a mission, things get out of hand and the groups end up splitting. Robin is hunted and shot twice in the abdomen. He manages to escape them, making his way to an abandoned building where, to his surprised, held Deathstroke. With the help of an enemy, Deathstroke nurses Robin back to health. When Robin is healed, through the weeks with Deathstroke, he finds comfort in him. Deathstroke, Sensing this, decides to help get Robin's strength back up. With Robin learning new things that Batman never taught him, Robin decides to stay with Deathstroke as a new apprentice, not realizing the mental damage he was doing to his old team. While they were out searching for Robin. Thinking he was dead, little did they know Robin was living his best no strings attached life. After 5 years, the Team gets a mission which happens to be tracking down Deathstroke and his unknown apprentice. When they find him, what will they think? Will Robin even apologize? Is Robin even Robin anymore? What will Batman think? How much has changed on both sides?

While on a mission like the old times, the dynamic duo decide to crash a court of owls meeting. What they didn't know was that them being there was a part of the plan. They wanted to use their newly built machine to take "control" of Dick but instead they get Bruce. The machine made Bruce turn on Robin and injure him both physically and emotionally. What they didn't know was the machine had other plans. Bruce is fueled with hatred and rage towards one person. Dick Grayson. Can they restore him before Dick ends up paying the price? What was the exact goal The Court of Owls and Talon had in mind? Why target Dick grayson? Can the young justice keep Dick hidden from Bruce's hate filled rage? (I am going to be switching it up since this is a Court Of Owls story line with the Young Justice Dick Grayson. Some of it will be changed and some of it will be the same.
