While continuing on his journey to find his inner strength, Ren Akamichi visits a village of Ninja Society where he meets Rentaro Kagura and his sister, Iroha. Suddenly, they were attacked by the evil ninja clan called Niji no Hebi, where their plan is to capture Iroha who is the princess of the Niji no Hebi. Iroha gets captured and is sent to the lair of Niji no Hebi, and it's up to the two ninja riders to rescue her.

Mirrors facing each other creates infinite number of worlds; there is more than one fate. The only thing that's the same is desire, all humans desire. That's why they fight and when that desire becomes so great that it becomes unbearable; people become Riders. The Rider battle begins. There has been four worlds explored, some in their pasts are identical in a way that it would take endings to find differences while others are vastly different in past and future. There is one story or a world that you may say was different not in origins but in the Riders themselves and their own journey to where the battle takes them to their desires. All Riders will fight, who will be the victor? One rule may be broken to find a better way by Three Kamen Riders and that rule is "Fight to survive". An alternate Universe story.
