Twenty was the best criminal mastermind there was. Nobody has ever seen his face unless he wanted them to, and nobody who hired him for work was ever disappointed. However, his most recent mission needs more than his one-man team. So he leaves to recruit others who show the same potential he does. Young and energetic with nothing better to do. Twenty sits and waits for those who deserve his attention. And he has succeeded. (This story is very different from the ones you know me for. But if you see something mentally triggering than I take full responsibility, I am very sorry.)
