The story takes place after the events of the past. It's been a year and a half year ago since Nero has been captured by the army, and Leo went missing, leaving Sid to come up with an idea of how he's going to get him free from the army's hold. Sid has joined the army in hopes of getting information about Nero's location as he's been moved to a black site, a very much dangerous mission at that, but he is well prepared for it.
