The Cathedral is the unholy ground of the Clergy. Every few years, when the next Emeritus boy took over the seat as the Papa, they would descend the thousands of steps of the Cathedral and enter the catacombs. The summoning circle reaches deep into the pit, and the most worthy ghoul is pulled to the earth. To the ghouls, it is freedom.
