One year after the deadly viral epidemic in Atlanta, the city continued to mourn those they lost and commemorate the even on a special day. That day is celebrated through a conference from the city mayor, as well as a giant memorial to honor those who fell victim to the virus. However, the festivities are soon interrupted by a series of explosions throughout the city, and Atlanta is soon invaded by a terrorist cell. Jake Riley once again finds himself in the middle of city-wide isolation, while he, as well as his team try to rescue as many civilians as possible and stop the nefarious Void Cult. But he quickly becomes a body guard to Jenna Desmond, a young, spunky pick-pocket who may just help the police flush out the Void Cult for good.
