Sanemi is a vampire who slays vampires? None of the other hashiras know, he has been good at hiding it. Vampires were okay by society, as long as they used donated blood bags. Tomioka Giyuu had always felt empty. Well. Not always.. he used to be so happy and full of emotions. But of course. That changed. Ever since he lost his sister and his best friend, he felt nothing but emptiness. Not happiness, not joy. He could still feeling the lingering feeling of sadness and anxiety reeking off of him. He swore to himself he would never get close to anyone ever again. He didnt want to go through all of that again. He wouldn't of been able to handle it. This all changed when he met a certain someone. He felt a sense of Happiness around this person. He didnt feel so empty. Ignoring his promise completely he try to get closer to this someone, despite his terrible social anxiety and poor ability to speak to others confidently. Despite the other not showing interest, doesn't mean the aren't interested. The other person was starting to feel the same happiness rise in them. They werent known to show emotion. So they always acted like they hated everyone. What will happen when both of them admit their feelings to one another? Well, find out for yourself.

The Grim Reaper is cruel and merciless, correct? But what if the Grim Reaper bends the rules for certain people? Helps them survive? Gives them immortality? Crows follow Reaper everywhere. Not only do the crows watch for the freshly dead, but they watch the demon slayers and assist them, for wherever a demon slayer is a demon will be. And demons kill people. The Reaper then never gets out of a job. One day, Sanemi and Obanai meet a man dressed in black, waiting for something... or someone..? The man is rather tall, but his face is shadowed by his hood. All they can see of this man is his eerie smile. He stands there before moving... but they didn't hear him move. He was too silent, too... unnatural... After that meeting, they see him everywhere. It takes a while for them to realise he was always there, watching, waiting for the day he could collect their souls. The Reaper never usually gets involved in the petty fights of mortals, but he wants to protect the two Hashira... Death decides when you die. He decides when your time is up... He's already bent the rules once... will he really bend them again? ------------ I'm bad at writing descriptions. Fluff, angst?, smut? (most likely not... maybe kissing?)

The story is taking place in modern time. It's a highschool AU. All the hashiras are high schoolers making them age from 14-18 while the kamaboko squad are in middle school making them age from 11-13. Gyomei is actually in college and not in highschool. Since gyomei is 27 in the demon slayer timeline, here gyomei would be about 22.
