The group of six survivors returned to Hope's Peak Academy to see if anything changed in the building. So why was the only change there was in Naegi Makoto. Makoto Naegi, a luckster, also known as the Ultimate Lucky Student, woke up in a killing game and died. Somehow, lady luck herself followed him after death and Makoto woke up in the same exact position as Before. After multiple resets and timelines, trying to save his friends he ended up dying- over and over again. And I'll let you Know, that wasn't fun. After trying dozens or even hundreds of times, he couldn't care less about then anymore. But, even after trying hundreds of times, the same question remains: What will he do in the next timeline? That's the situation Rin Wakuri finds himself in, if that even is his name. He wakes up in the Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles with no memories at all to tell him why he's there or who he is. He isn't even sure he's an Ultimate, despite the others believing he is. But something is strange about this situation. It's almost like Rin wasn't suppose to be here at all, as Monokuma and the Monokubs don't seem to know who he is or why he's in the killing game. Even stranger, Rin seems to have information he shouldn't that seem to appear to him in random thoughts and visions. Is he insane? Or is there something that's giving him this knowledge? Is there a reason he knows this stuff? Rin doesn't know, but he's determined to do his best to help everyone in this killing game. He just hopes he doesn't die in the process.
