A few years after the events of "Fingers Crossed", Marvin McGarry is faced with a difficult choice after finding out that Oliver Patrick, MatPat's son, has created egos. Worse yet, AntiSepticEye has broken the truce, and a group of anti-egos has decided to hunt marked ones down- including Ollie and Marvin. This story includes cursing, possession, situations similar to the occult, and child endangerment. Viewer discretion is advised.

The saga continues with deep dives into the lives of Chase and Marvin. When protesters disturb a funeral of an id, the egos will no longer stand by and watch as injustice rises to the top.
