She is the "sister" of Astrid Hofferson, and she was found at a young age by Alin. However, when Hiccup shoots down a night fury finding another at its side a secret is revealed about y/n. This series covers the entirety of the first movie and introduces "Dragons Riders of Berk." I also decided to give Astrid's parents names, they are Ferguson (dad) and Alin (mom) her name is pronounced Ah-lyn. Anyway! Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III and Astrid Helena Hofferson discover a dangerous secret about the dragon's nest. They promise to keep it to themselves until the Dragon Training finales are over, but things don't go to plan. When Hiccup is nearly killed by the Monstrous Nightmare, Toothless runs into the village to rescue him and only ends up being seen. Hiccup and Astrid try to stop their tribe from attacking the Night Fury, but nothing works. The only choice they have is to flee, before them or Toothless get hurt. When they regroup in the cove, the teens make the decision to leave Berk and start a new life together. Stoick commandeers a search party to find his son and the Hofferson, but when they come up empty-handed the Chief vows to kill the dragon responsible. Three Years pass, Hiccup and Astrid discover more about the outside world with every new day. When Hiccup is captured and sold off to the highest bidder, Astrid realises that her love for the Dragon Master is more than just friendship. Hiccup and Astrid are reunited, after a crazy rescue mission and their feelings are finally aired. Trouble brews for the Dragon Riders, when war between the hunters and them breaks out, with the riders allies taking refuge on Hadan. After months of planning Hiccup and Astrid are married and declared the King and Queen of Hadan, both more than ready for the task. Years go by, Berk grows into poverty as Stoick neglects his duty to care for his people and puts his first. However, when the threat of four Warlords and an armada of dragon hunters appear on the archipelago's doorstep, Stoick is brought back to his senses. The Northern tribes are out of options and prepare to surrender, but when a glimmer of hope shines through in an unexpected way. The tribes agree to send a message of peace to a tribe in the far south-west, that have befriended the Vikings worst enemy, The Dragons. How will Berk react when they discover the King and Queen were once one of their own.
