FAN FICTION - because I'm a fan of Sidharth Shukla and Shehnaaz Kaur Gill, and is fictional. I gain no profits from this. It also has made up characters and fictional events. It is for entertainment purposes only, and I gain absolutely no profits from writing this, apart using this platform to express my love for SidNaaz and talk about issues and important events in life. This book also covers issues of mental health, relationships, motherhood, hard pregnancies, mental issues, familial standings, etc. It's filled with empowerment, with the utmost respect and love for Sidharth and Shehnaz. Its because I'm a fan who writes fiction. Thank you. The same Bigg Boss, the same game but what if love collided in ways you never thought before? What if Sidharth and Shehnaz struggle to find a way to keep their life under wraps with a 150 cameras around, when things fall against them time and again, will they rise? Or will it end what never began? #SidNaaz a bunch of what ifs. DISCLAIMER: This is a work of fiction, there have been adaptations from real life events and have been altered, but is still FICTION, it's NOT real. The characters are fictional. None of it is real. Not one bit. It's written with the utmost truthfulness and respect for all the characters in the book. I never intend to cross a line or depict negativity. It's based on a few characters and events but is 100% fictional. It's purely non-profit , not intended with any malicious intentions, and for entertainment purposes. And is completely legal. Does not aim to disrespect any of the characters or create disharmony. FICTION AND ENTERTAINMENT ONLY.

Once upon a time, men and women entered marriage with very clear policies regarding the division of labour: he would go to work and "bring home the bacon," while she would stay at home and cook, clean, and raise the children. Things aren't the same as they used to be. Modern Indian romance, intimacies, and marriages are far more complicated than assessments and reality television shows portray. In India, arranged marriages are an unique and complex process. People seek a 'soulmate' with whom they can spend the rest of their lives, but they also have specific expectations of the potential bride or groom. There is a strong narrative about finding love, compatibility, and connection, but what stands out is a real intent to replicate class identities beneath all of this. In a country that depends on a spending population, "middle class" is a necessary armour, a shared language, a value system, and, more importantly, a way of life. Life may be unjust, irritating, and disarmingly disappointing on most days. Being middle class, on the other hand, creates character in a culture obsessed with the need to be a part of the rat race. Marriage also places the onus of making sacrifices, concessions, and making the marriage work on the couple. This tale illuminates the unseen and underappreciated aspects of an Indian arranged marriage, the life of a middle-class wife and husband and their shared responsibilities as they navigate through life. Immense amount of desi tadka awaiting your way. *I don't own the illustration on the poster.*
