It's 1933 and Ann Darrow, an African American woman is brought to help the people she works for with Jack Driscoll. Carl Denham brings them along to help with the heavy lifting of his production however, due to a storm the boat crashes and washes up on Skull Mountain.

A 25 year old Issac Jax had gotten his powers only a couple of months ago. He is now doing good for Trust City but he now must help a group of villains reform into a group of good as Professor Fenton attempts to ruin everything Lightning Rod stands for.
