A poem wrote about what living with depression is really like, hence the title. I wrote this because there are often a lot of misconceptions about what depression is actually like put out there by people who can't even begin to imagine it. Sorry it's a darker one and if you can relate to this poem then I do hope you get the help you deserve<3
A simple poem about losing someone close to you, a feeling a lot of people can probably relate to, and if you can't, you can't begin to imagine the pain
A poem about a villain, someone different from society, told they are bad because of how they are and what they do, and maybe, it's time to play the role.
This is a short poem about being "insane" or feeling abnormal because of something you feel like you can't control. Again this is another theme suggested by "The writing board" so I thank everyone there<3 (This is not about me personally)
A short poem I wrote about love. Thankfully not as sad as the last two. And for anyone who is reading this, wishing someone would talk about them like this, you are loved<3
Always there to save other people, but who's there to save them. Is the reality of being a hero really as great as it seems? Putting on a brave face to bring hope to others when you barely have hope for yourself.
TW: Suicidal thoughts
This is a short poem about obsessing over someone to the point where it isn't healthy. Thanks to the people in "the writing board" for the idea that started this<3 (I want to clarify this isn't about me personally)
this is a short poem about being soul tied to someone which could be described as "right person, wrong time." The constant hope that in another life time things worked out but we'll never know because in this one it didn't.
