On the hunt for clues on Yang's real mother, Ruby and her sister are split from each other when Grimm attack them. Ruby runs into the woods, hoping for an escape from the beast behind her, unfortunately she is hit with a cliff wall blocking her path, and the Grimm right behind her. Before the Grimm strikes, she activates the silver eyes that she was born with, killing the Grimm and knocking her unconscious. The action however, seems to have opened a door, the young girl falling in before it closes, leaving only her red cloak behind...

(Y/N) (L/N) is a jackal Faunus. He was a young boy with a loving family and a best friend named Ruby Rose. But this was stripped away from him by a rogue scientist from Atlas. He did horrible experiments to (Y/N). One day, when (Y/N) was seventeen, he escaped and plans to get revenge.

After team RWBY graduated​ from Beacon Ruby disappeared without a trace. Blake and Yang still looks for her when they can. But Weiss left and took over the Schnee Dust Company shortly after her father's death. She tries to forget about Ruby, and the feelings​ she still has for the younger girl, but how can she? Ruby changed her life. She was a bright, slightly annoying, light that shone through the darkness that Weiss had surrounded herself with. Even after all these years she's still in love with the young leader, Ruby Rose. Ruby was alone. But that's what she wanted. that way she can't hurt anyone. Not Yang, not Blake, and especially not Weiss. Without her they were safe. *disclaimer* I do not own RWBY or it's characters all credit goes to Rooster Teeth. Ruby Rose had been training on a uninhabited island north of the island of patch. Unknown to her; the site was now testing grounds for Atlas new destructive weapon. She saw a hypersonic missile come in to her north.....then the sky glowed blinding orange with the missiles growing blast cloud. Ruby Rose's life had been forever changed from that orange fireball in the sky, her body and mind were altered from the new energy......and now her life was an utter hell. This is the rewrite of the original book I made, but the setting and emphasis on the darker elements will much more prominent!

Ruby Rose is in love with (Y/N) (L/N), the last Godzilla faunus in Remnant. But he is bullied for his faunus traits, and is slowly turning insane as the bullying continues. Ruby needs to save (Y/N) before he goes completely insane and tries to destroy Remnant, and protect him from the people trying to hurt him. (This is a reboot of the Godzilla faunus series, and has no relation to Guardians of Remnant)

(Y/N) is a student at Beacon but he isn't human nor a Faunus instead he is a half demon. He wasn't treated nicely by team RWBY except for Ruby, team CRLD and some other students. He soon found out that his girlfriend Coco cheated on him. The only ones who ever treated him like anyone else those were team JNPR, velvet, and ruby.
