If they couldn't win against the Na'vi then they'll like like the Na'vi and then conquer everything, but the most important part of the plan was taking down Jake Sully. In Quaritch's eyes he still owed him a death, and he would get it. During his first mission out he stumbles onto a great gift, valuable hostages and they'll take him to Jake whether they wanted it or not. The thing is... as they teach them how to be Na'vi, they will also learn about the people from the sky. Who's side will win?
