There will be normal costumes, cliche costumes, and ones that make zero sense, with the only 3 rules being that they cannot use their quirks to create them *cough* Yaoyorozu *cough*, they must make them themselves, and they have to stay in character! On the fateful day of Halloween, all of the students were ready to show off what they had. But one student, in particular, got a little bit too into it.
