Izuku is quirkless He realizes that he doesn't need a quirk to be a hero, he realizes he doesn't even need to be a pro hero to put a smile on someone's face. He starts a HeroTube channel that gets popular fast. He has many fans, some of them are villains and heroes. He is going to do great things, but first let's see if he can try to make a Froppy cosplay from stuff around his house in 7 minutes. In a different world, he would have asked if he wanted it be a hero and All Might would have said no which would have led to him being a hero. But in this world, instead of jumping on his leg and taking off to a rooftop to learn All Might's secret. Izuku actually goes home with his autograph held tight against his chest. There is no rescuing Katsuki from the smile monster that led to him gaining a quirk. In this universe, after Izuku goes home an infection from the slide villain leads him to go to the hospital for few days to gets rid of the infection inside his body. In this universe, instead of becoming a hero, a villain or a vigilante, Izuku becomes a famous HeroTuber I think this is a bit clingy so be warned I don't own the pictures or BNHA/ MHA. This is just a fanfiction because I am a fan of Horikoshi's work.

So in this story, Izu is quirkless and he did not go to UA because after All Might had crushed his dream he gives up on being a hero. He did meet a few villains and hear about their side of the story and realise that this world is not all black and white so he decides to be grey and help both sides How will he do that you may ask? Well by opening a coffee shop of course! Heroes? Villains? Who Care! Just drink your damn coffee!
