"Take a deep breath for me, love"
"I haven't been able to take a deep breath since we went on the run, I feel like I've been falling ever since and I'm scared of the impact when I get to the bottom"
"I'll catch you. I swear to you I won't ever let you go"

Hermione was hell-bent on making the most of her last year at Hogwarts, to try and eradicate the sounds from the war that echo through the almost rebuilt halls of the castle. She's never been more grateful to have all of her friends by her side and her parents safe back at home, but she's not sure she'll be able to shake the feeling that she's one breath away from losing it all. But for now, she's content with her biggest problem being her potions project and... detention with Malfoy? Was this possibly the worst start to the year, or the best?
