Corazon want Trafalgar Law to go to school instead of homeschool since corazon think is cheaper. (even though they are pretty rich) nothing interesting until he have a strange feeling for a boy named Luffy, and slowly finding out Luffy's secret.

This is a story about the mermaids /merman and humans and pirates as this tale is about what has happen to the mer people but this is also a tale of a boy name Luffy. Monkey D. Luffy in fact as he was raised in the mer city with sabo as their eldest ace has left mer city to the surface and never came back...
