In this Undertale and One Piece crossover, FGoD Error-Sans, a Force God of Destruction, commits suicide by jumping into the Void to escape the cycle of saving the Multiverse from Ink-Sans. Before his leap, witnessed by his brother Fresh, Error grants his friends and lover, Blueberry, a "painless death," effectively dooming his original reality. Instead of perishing, the Void transports Error to the One Piece world, where the fall stabilizes his glitches. He is discovered by Monkey D. Garp, who adopts the "magic skeleton" as his son. Embracing his new life, Error begins calling Garp "Padre" and is introduced to Ace and Luffy. Viewing the boys as "soulings" (monster infants), Error's maternal instincts override his destructive past, leading him to protect and train the duo as his own. A vacation is something Error has been wanting to take the moment their glitching calmed down allowing them a steadier mind, all the while trying to find who they used to be before everything happened to them. The Weird is something usually left unexplained due to how rare it is to come by, affecting things occasionally. It just so happens that standing in certain areas of the Anti-Void attracts this phenomenon, causing certain things to be caught within the magnetic lines and dragged to its source. How does Error know this? They accidentally stepped onto one of these invisible lines while in the Anti-Void, finding a dimensional weak point that drags them to a small town they are now trapped in due to a natural law that exists as a component of this world. Great. Then the thought, why not make this a vacation... for a couple of decades?
